OUR PARTNERSHIPS

Trusted relationships, built over 30 years.

RELATIONSHIPS BUILT ON TRUST

The right support often extends beyond care itself.

Over more than 30 years, Access Care has built valued relationships with advisers, healthcare professionals, charities and specialist organisations whose work complements our own.

Some offer practical expertise to families navigating care and later life; others are causes and communities we are proud to support. We are delighted to introduce them here.

XTREME EVEREST

Access Care is proud to support Jordan Wylie MBE and Xtreme Everest: Dead Sea to Death Zone; an extraordinary expedition from the lowest point on Earth to the summit of Mount Everest.

Ten Army Cadets will join Jordan for the trek to Everest Base Camp, with the project supporting the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK.

The Live-in Care Hub

The Live-in Care Hub offers expert, friendly and impartial guidance for anyone considering live-in care.

Its helpful resources make it easier for families to understand their options and make informed decisions about care at home.

Hampshire Medical Fund

Hampshire Medical Fund raises vital funds to provide cutting-edge medical equipment for hospitals in Winchester, Basingstoke and Andover.

The equipment sits beyond standard NHS budgets and helps local clinical teams provide the very best diagnosis, treatment and care for their patients.

THE WALCOTE PRACTICE

The Walcote Practice is an award-winning private GP practice based in Winchester, Hampshire.

Its experienced doctors provide prompt, personalised medical care, with a strong focus on continuity, preventative health and giving patients the time they need.

Sebbie Hall Kindness Foundation

The Sebbie Hall Kindness Foundation celebrates the extraordinary difference that one simple act of kindness can make.

Sebbie’s latest ambition is to create the UK’s first assisted-living Kindness Village for disabled young adults — providing homes, work, friendship and support centred around belonging and independence.

BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER
Our new Stockbridge home was opened in September 2026 with an evening that brought together friends, advisers, healthcare professionals, charities and local businesses from across our community.
