Join Access Care in a senior, people-focused role combining relationship management, resource planning, scheduling and operational leadership.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of professional live-in carers while leading the day-to-day work of a small team. You’ll coordinate availability, placements and changeovers, set priorities, anticipate gaps and ensure problems are followed through to resolution.
We’re looking for an accomplished professional with substantial experience, sound judgement and a naturally logical mind. Someone ready to take charge, lead by example and develop towards greater departmental responsibility as their career with Access Care progresses.

Join Access Care in a senior recruitment role with real ownership of how we attract, recruit and onboard exceptional professional live-in carers across the UK.
You’ll lead our recruitment strategy, proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates, build sustainable talent pipelines and lead recruitment activity across the team. You’ll use targets, data and commercial insight to improve performance and ensure we have the right carers to meet the needs of our growing business.
We’re looking for an experienced recruitment or talent acquisition professional who knows how to find great people, lead others and deliver results. Care-sector experience is not required.
