Professional live-in care enables people to continue living comfortably at home, in familiar surroundings with the reassurance of an experienced live-in carer by their side. Every introduction is thoughtfully matched to your home, your circumstances and your way of life.
Arrangements begin from £1,300 per week.
Every household is different. Some families need companionship and reassurance. Others require experienced help with personal care, mobility, medication, dementia or more complex health needs. Every introduction is carefully considered, allowing us to recommend a live-in carer who complements the rhythm of your home, rather than expecting your household to adapt to a standard package.
Calm, thoughtful companionship and experienced care that allows life at home to continue with comfort, dignity and reassurance.
A live-in carer can help with almost every aspect of day-to-day life, from preparing meals and accompanying appointments to personal care, mobility and more complex health needs.
Because every person is different, the role naturally evolves around the routines, preferences and lifestyle of the person receiving care.
From quiet days at home to family celebrations, favourite places and holidays, a live-in carer helps everyday life continue with confidence and reassurance. Whether preparing wholesome home-cooked meals, helping around the home, accompanying appointments or simply sharing a conversation over a cup of tea, every arrangement is shaped around the routines and lifestyle that matter most to you.
Companionship is about far more than conversation. It's having someone there to share everyday moments, encourage favourite hobbies, enjoy outings, welcome family and friends, or simply provide quiet reassurance throughout the day. For many families, knowing someone is there brings confidence and peace of mind that cannot be measured.
By getting to know the person they care for, experienced live-in carers naturally begin to notice the small changes that can make a big difference, whether that's appetite, mood, mobility or general health. Those everyday observations provide valuable reassurance to families and help ensure that concerns are recognised early.
Every aspect of personal care is delivered with dignity, sensitivity and respect for the person's independence and wishes. Whether prompting with medication, assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, continence care or daily routines, an experienced live-in carer works at the person's own pace, helping them feel comfortable, confident and well cared for in familiar surroundings.
Maintaining confidence and independence is often just as important as practical assistance. A live-in carer can provide support with walking, transferring safely around the home, using mobility equipment and accompanying outings or appointments, helping people remain active and involved in the life they enjoy.
Many of the live-in carers we introduce have extensive experience supporting people living with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis, brain injuries and other complex or progressive conditions.
Every introduction is carefully considered to ensure the experience, personality and practical skills of the live-in carer are well suited to each family's circumstances.
Live-in care offers reassurance not only to the person receiving care, but to everyone who loves them.
Knowing that someone experienced is there to provide thoughtful care, maintain familiar routines and notice the little things that matter allows families to spend less time worrying and more time simply being together.
Every family's circumstances are different. Whether you're exploring the idea of live-in care for the first time or need to make arrangements more urgently, we're here to listen, answer your questions and help you understand the options available.

Here When You Need Us
From your first conversation onwards, you'll always know who you're speaking to. We're here to answer questions, offer reassurance and help whenever you need us.
We’ve answered some of the questions families often ask when considering live-in care at home.
There is rarely a single moment when families know it's time to arrange live-in care. More often, it's a gradual realisation that everyday life is becoming more difficult or that the worry of leaving someone alone is growing.
You may have noticed that meals are being missed, mobility has become more challenging, or that your loved one is becoming increasingly isolated or less confident at home. Sometimes the decision follows a hospital stay or a change in health, while for others it's simply about wanting the reassurance of having someone there.
If you're beginning to ask yourself whether now is the right time to arrange care for your elderly parents or a loved one, it's often worth having a conversation. You don't need to have all the answers. Our role is simply to listen, understand your circumstances and help you explore whether live-in care is the right option for your family.
Both live-in care and residential care homes can provide excellent care, and the right choice depends entirely on the person, their circumstances and what matters most to them.
For many families, the greatest advantage of live-in care is that it allows someone to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, surrounded by treasured possessions, neighbours, pets and established routines. Care is centred around one person, rather than shared across many residents.
A care home may be more appropriate where specialist facilities, nursing care or a wider community setting are needed. During your initial conversation, we'll talk through your circumstances honestly and help you understand which option is likely to be the best fit for your family.
For further guidance to help you decide, read our guide Live-in Care vs a Care Home: Which is Right?
A live-in carer lives in your home and provides dedicated one-to-one care throughout the day, as well as the reassurance of being there overnight if needed. If someone needs frequent waking night care, you'll discuss other options.
Every arrangement is carefully planned to balance the person's needs with the carer's time to rest and recharge, ensuring consistently high-quality care.
Some people simply need the reassurance of having someone nearby, while others require more regular assistance throughout the day and occasional support during the night. During your initial conversation, we'll help you determine whether live-in care is the right approach or whether a more specialist arrangement would be more appropriate. In certain circumstances a person may have two live-in carers if needs dictate.
Honestly, using both our heads and hearts.
We believe successful live-in care begins with finding the right person, not simply someone with the right experience. Alongside practical care needs, we take time to understand personality, routines, interests and the way life is lived at home. It's something we believe no algorithm can truly replicate.
We carefully consider each introduction as a team, recommending experienced live-in carers we genuinely believe will be a good fit for your family. You'll have the opportunity to review their profile, speak with them and make the final decision yourself. We never expect families to choose someone they don't feel completely comfortable welcoming into their home.
We have been doing this for over three decades and are realistic enough to know that people are people. Sometimes a personality, routine or way of living simply isn't the right fit, and that's perfectly okay.
If that happens, we'll talk it through with you honestly, learn from the experience and recommend another live-in carer we believe is better suited to your family.
We work quickly when families need us to, without compromising on getting the match right.
Yes, in many cases couples can continue living together at home with the support of a live-in carer. Remaining together in familiar surroundings, maintaining daily routines and sharing life as you always have can be one of the greatest benefits of live-in care.
Every couple's circumstances are different. Some require similar levels of assistance, whilst others may only need support for one partner. During your initial conversation, we'll take the time to understand your situation and recommend the most appropriate arrangement for both of you.
Most live-in care arrangements begin from around £1,300 per week, although the overall cost depends on the level of support required and the experience of the live-in carer.
During your conversation with us, we'll take the time to understand your circumstances before providing a clear, personalised proposal with no obligation and no hidden surprises.
